Spring Whites: Txakolina, Muscadet, Vinho Verde

Crisp wines often are the perfect beverages to enjoy when spring arrives. Zippy, lively, and full of bright acidity, the wines for this class display these characteristics to its fullest. Txakolina, a wine poured out of a porron with pomp in pinxtos bars in Spain accompanies these delightful bites with its slightly effervescent nature. Muscadet from the Loire Valley with its crushed oyster shell minerality and citrus aromatics cannot be beat as a pairing for seafood, while Vinho Verde is a restrained yet fresher version of Sauvignon Blanc. Join us at the Belted Goat as we welcome the spring season. 

Seats are at $45 per person.
