Tempranillo: Rioja vs. Ribera del Duero
Tempranillo - The Iberian Peninsula’s most famous grape in the spotlight. Rioja and Ribero del Duero has retained its identity in the wine world as one of the best values in the market. Their appellation laws mandate its producers to hold back their wines from being released through extended aging in barrel and bottle. The resulting wines made are complex, savory, and inherent in Spanish identity and flavors.
Seats are at $65 per person and include wines, tasting bites, tax, and gratuity. This class will be held at the Fearrington House Restaurant.
