Oktoberfest at Fearrington
Historically speaking, the first Oktoberfest was held on Sunday, October 12th, 1810 to celebrate a royal wedding, but has since grown in popularity over the last 200 years, and now starts in September to allow ample time for celebrations. Come join us at Fearrington Village to pay homage to a classic Munich festival by attending our second annual Oktoberfest! As always, we will be partnering with some of your favorite NC breweries and notable Bavarian breweries to boast those classic Germanic-styles of beer. Chef Bedford has banded up with local Chefs to feature various German ingredients with an NC-twist. For those of you who don't enjoy beer or have taken a vow to be the designated driver, take a look at our food-only ticket. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the hurricane relief fund of Community Foundation of NC. Stay tuned for updates on partnered breweries, chefs, & other participants here.
Tickets include admission to the event, complimentary beer tastes, complimentary food samples, and a take-home tasting sampler.
