Easy and Elegant Make-Ahead Chilled Menu for Hot Days

Join cookbook author, recipe developer, and cooking teacher Sheri Castle for a cooking class. A key to appealing summertime meals for entertaining family and friends is to make dishes ahead to stash in the fridge until it’s time to serve and enjoy the meal. These recipes fill that bill beautifully and deliciously.
• Herbed Watermelon and Tomato Salad with Ricotta Salata
• Poached Salmon with Green Goddess Dressing
• Summer Vegetable Potato Salad
• Blackberry Sherbet with Key Lime Shortbread Cookies

This class is $75 per person and includes tax and gratuity, and samples of course!

The class will be held in The Cottage, our creative studio space and teaching kitchen.
