RETURN POLICY

OUR RETURN POLICY

We strive to scout the best quality products for you, and want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Two exceptions: perishable goods and final sale items.

HOW RETURNS WORK

Please reach out to our customer service team at shops@fearrington.com or 1-919-542-1145 so we can email a label for you to print. Pack up the items you'd like to return, either in the original shipping box or one of your own, and make sure you have your order invoice. Tick the boxes next to those items on the invoice, include it in the box, and send it back to us within 30 days. 

You can drop the box off at any US Post Office, leave it in your mailbox with other outgoing mail, or schedule a pickup at USPS.com. We'll refund the original form of payment as soon as we receive the return package and the items are found to be in their original condition. 

Please note that when you use our label, a $10 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Or, for no charge, you can bring your items by for an in-store return if you’re located near Fearrington Village. Just drop it by Dovecote.

HOW EXCHANGES WORK

We do not offer online order exchanges. Please place a new order and we’ll refund the original one once received.

If you are local, please drop by the store with your return within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be delighted to assist you!
