Join Fearrington Beverage Director Paula de Pano for a comparative tasting of oysters from the West Coast, Canada, North East, and Mid-Atlantic, as well as classics like Oysters Rockefeller, Oyster Po-Boys, and Oyster Chowder. All paired with crisp Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
The in-person class fee is $275 and will be held at The Garden Terrace.
To ensure safety and quality, classes are extremely limited and will be capped. Due to the unique nature of set-up for these classes, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. We highly recommend consuming food prior to attending the classes.
