The Water of Life: Exploring Scotch Whiskies
Starting April, make your Sunday afternoons livelier and boozier!
Beverage Director Paula de Pano finds a creative outlet mixing cocktails, personally amassing hundreds of different liquors from all over the world due to her curiosity to each’s history and flavors. Join her in learning about the classic styles of different base spirits and discover a new world of flavors and how each interacts with other ingredients producing the perfect cocktail.
Each two-hour class will start with a brief history of the topic featured before individually tasting three to four types of the base spirit to assess their unique qualities. An interactive, hands-on class will follow as she teaches four different cocktails progressing from the basic to the advanced.
